Growing up with a passion for people that turned into a fifteen-year, extraordinarily successful career in sales, I came to a junction in my life where I needed to put down some roots and buy a house. After months of frustration and fruitless attempts to purchase a home suitable for my growing family on my own, I caved and sought the services of a realtor. Sadly my trust was misplaced on this occasion. The realtor was a genuinely nice individual. However, his attention to detail was appalling, and the options he provided left a lot to be desired. 

After my negative experience buying my home and noticing an urgent need for realtor services in my community, with a confident swagger and an insatiable passion for family, client realtor relationships, and elite customer service, I began my foray into the Brantford real estate market in 2014.  

In my nearly seven years as a leading realtor and over two hundred million dollars in total sales value, I have had the privilege of foreseeing the many developments taking place right now in the ever-changing property market and adapted to them swiftly. Since I started on this adventurous career path, my business social media presence has gained strength, and my marketing techniques have been further refined.   

I have humbly realized that so many clients and community members trust me with what is probably the largest and most important investment of their lives and take the responsibility seriously. I treat your property or potential home as if it were my own. Through real estate services, such as our concierge package for sellers, covering the cost of minor repairs or cosmetic care, we can lessen the time your home is on the market and increase the final purchase price. In the case of home buyers, I sign a buyer’s representative agreement that ensures I work with your best interest at heart and only get paid what is offered by the seller, so such expenses don’t come out of your pocket. 

The most rewarding aspect of my job is connecting with people. I enjoy helping young families find their first home, and it gives me even more happiness to see them outgrow the house over the years and call on my services for their second home. To me, clients and customers are similar to family, and I strive to maintain your trust through the respect, honesty, and attention to detail I show throughout the process of buying or selling your home. 

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my commitment to my family, my community, and my determination to stay true to myself. I try my best to run my business the same way I live my life, with integrity that inspires loyalty. I attribute my success to my dedication to frank and straightforward communication. I am never afraid to honestly lay out the facts for a client, as I believe this is the key to a long-lasting relationship. 

I live for the moment I clinch a deal on an urgently needed home or successfully sell a property that has been on the market for a while. The looks on my client’s faces when they realize they went with the right real estate agent are priceless and have given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, I usually am home with my kids and my fiancé. I love watching my favorite team in person or on the television and have five exceptional children with whom I enjoy playing hockey and coaching their sports teams. We are a close-knit family that loves each other’s company and try taking family vacations together as often as possible. I am also passionate about giving back to my community. I actively work with local community resources and charities like Nova Vita, Why Not Youth Centre, and Brantford Food Bank to help those less fortunate than myself. I also participate in the Coldest Night of The Year walk that takes place in downtown Brantford. My networking group, The Bell City Associates, and I raise money for charities serving people experiencing homelessness, hurt, or hunger.
